Here is How you can Figure out how tall you will be, (THIS CAME OUT PERFECT FOR MY BROTHER AND IS PAST DOWN THROUGH MY FAMILY)

1. Take your Mother's height and your father's Height.

2. Add them together than divide them in half

3. For Girl Subtract 3 inches, and for a boy add 3 inches.

^^^^^^^^^^That is incorrect. Short parents can have tall kids, and vice versa. It all depends on which gene you inherit, two short parents can have a kid who inherited a gene from a tall uncle, and the kid will be tall. Boys on average stop growing anywhere from 18-21, but sometimes they can stop growing earlier if they stunt their growth with junk food or cigarettes/alcohol/drugs. Everybody is different, nobody has the exact same growth patterns. There have been cases where a parent has had health problems and they were short, but their kids were of average height, and turned out fine. You can encourage healthy growth by eating calcium rich foods, stretching exercises, and sleeping, but avoid heavy Weightlifting, and eating excessive junk food. The notion that all boys are fully grown by the time they're 16 or 17 is true in some cases, but not all or most. There have been times when people have grown over 2 inches after high school, and have shot right up. Stretching exercises that have worked for me to get taller are stretching straight up for 2 minutes, doing the "Super cobra" stretching exercise, which involves stretching your upper and lower back. The doctors aren't always right, and they can and do make false predictions.
