Take a wire and ground the neutral at the load point. Some current will leak through ground and the same will be sensed by elcb and trip. Other method is simply test a lamp across phase and earth with out using neutral.elcb should trip if it is functioning correctly.

What is the difference between elcb 30mA and elcb 300mA?

An ELCB is an Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker and is a device used for safety purposes to detect stray voltage or current on a metal enclosure in order to prevent shock. The two types of ELCB are Voltage-operated and current-sensing protection. The difference between a 30mA ELCD and a 300mA ELCB is that the 30mA version will have a much higher level of sensitivity, tripping the device is a much lower current.

What protects equipment from too much current by tripping a switch that breaks the circuit and stops the flow of electricity?

A circuit breaker protects equipment from too much current by sensing when there is an overload and tripping to break the circuit, thus stopping the flow of electricity. This prevents damage to the equipment and helps to maintain electrical safety.

What happened if AVR current sensing fails?

If you mean current sensing using an AVR microprocessor then that entirely depends on the circuit design. A good design would detect the failiure and shut down the current, a bad design would allow the current to flow unchecked and potentially destroy the circuit.

What is the difference between an earth fault relay and an over current relay?

earth fault relay is also a type of over current relay but the set value of current or relay sensing current is much less than the maximum load current.in over current relay relay sensing current ise than maximum load current mor

What is the opposite from remote sensing?

The opposite of remote sensing is close-up sensing, where data is collected from objects or phenomena in close proximity to the sensor or observer. This type of sensing involves direct contact or nearness to the subject being observed, as opposed to remote sensing which involves collecting data from a distance.
