YOU CAN GET GOOD POWER OUT OF THE MOTOR BY ADJUSTING THE SPRING LOADED SCREW ON THE LINKAGE BEHIND THE MOTOR. THATS THE GOVERNOR. DONT WIND THE SCREW OUT TOO MUCH, JUST ENOUGH FOR THE MOTOR TO REV UP. ALL IN ALL TOP OUT SPEED SHOULD BE AROUND 25-35 MPH.HAVE FUN!
