This movement has everything to do with the Bing Bang theory. The whole idea is that the Universe started with matter compressed into a very small space, and that from there, it expanded, and continues to expand to the present day.

(Edit : Of course the expansion is measured at the level of galaxies. The movement of stars within galaxies is not connected to the expansion.)

Which scientists work provided evidence of moving continents making the continental drift theory accepted by the scientific community?

Henry Hess

What is the best evidence that the particles of matter are constantly moving comes from?

The best evidence that particles of matter are constantly moving comes from the observation of Brownian motion. This is the random movement of particles suspended in a fluid, caused by collisions with molecules of the surrounding medium. The continuous, random motion of these particles provides strong evidence for the kinetic theory of matter.

How might the redshift indicate there is evidence for the big bang theory?

The redshift of galaxies is evidence for the Big Bang theory because it shows that the universe is expanding. When light from distant galaxies is redshifted, it means that those galaxies are moving away from us, indicating that the universe is getting larger and supporting the idea that everything originated from a single point in a massive explosion.

What is one form of evidence used to support this theory?

One form of evidence used to support a theory can be experimental data that demonstrates a consistent relationship between variables. For instance, in the theory of evolution, the fossil record provides evidence of gradual changes in species over time, showing transitional forms that link different groups. Additionally, genetic analysis reveals similarities in DNA sequences across related species, reinforcing the idea of common ancestry. Such evidence collectively strengthens the validity of the theory.

Is a scientific theory or law an attempt to explain a pattern observed in the natural world?

The theory is based on replicable evidence. This evidence turns a theory into a fact.

What should scientists do if new evidence was found which didnt relate the big bang theory?

Scientists should carefully analyze the new evidence and conduct further research to understand its implications. They should evaluate whether this evidence challenges the current understanding of the Big Bang theory or if it can be integrated into the theory with modifications. Open-mindedness, critical thinking, and rigorous testing are essential in assessing the impact of new evidence on scientific theories.

Who conquered the Harrapans?

There is no evidence of this. A theory of Aryan conquest has been discredited, and the best assessment today is that it fragmented to localised groups in the Late Harrrapan era.

What evidence supports the theory of Earth's rotation?

The theory of Earth's rotation is supported by several pieces of evidence. One key piece of evidence is the Coriolis effect, which causes moving objects on Earth to curve due to the planet's rotation. Another piece of evidence is the difference in day and night caused by the rotation of Earth on its axis. Additionally, the flattening of the Earth at the poles and bulging at the equator is also evidence of Earth's rotation.

How do you know that your theory is relevant to your topic?

I assess the alignment of my theory with existing research, discuss it with colleagues in the field, and review feedback from target audience members to ensure relevance to the topic. Conducting pilot studies or surveys can also help validate the applicability of the theory to the subject matter.
