Basically, a magma chamber appears below the surface at some depth. The magma, molten liquid rock essentially migrates slowly to the surface. Once at the surface, the volcano gets constructed over the years. Volcano construction is a natural process. Look in a geology textbook or go on-line and search around. The textbook is more trustworthy !!
Go to Hawaii and you will be on a volcano formed by a hot spot. Still being formed today.
volcanos mostly form on tectonic plate boundaries and hot stops
Volcanos over a hot spot. Also continental (or plate) drift.
they are most likely to form were the plates of the earth are most active ... like Hawaii.
Because its hot.
...a flood of scolding hot magma that melts and destroys everything if touches while clouds if ash and poisonous gas rain everywhere...come on, use your brain.
Hot spot volcanos. As these age they can become island chains and eventually subsurface seamount arcs if the hot spot is in the ocean.
volcanos mostly form on tectonic plate boundaries and hot stops
No type of volcano forms at transform boundaries, unless an unconnected event (hot spot) creates it. Basically, no.
Because the lithospheric ocean plate moves with plate tectonics over the stationary mantle based hot spot, forming a series of volcanoes.
Volcanos over a hot spot. Also continental (or plate) drift.
Volcanos over a hot spot. Also continental (or plate) drift.
because the eather has a "hot spot" under it, it stays in one spot as earths plates move slowly , one it burns through the crust it gives out lava , forming a volcano, which leads to chains of volcanos
its a hot spot
magma
It's caused by the pacific Ocean going through and extremely hot place called the Hot spot. as the Pacific plate goes through the Hot Spot, a volcano is made and other volcanoes follow. causing the many volcanoes in the Hawaiian islands.
follar
Magma from deep within the mantle melts through the crust which is what causes hot spot volcanoes to form
