While local geographic conditions can make for unique situations, in general there are two high tides and two low tides each day, space roughly six hours apart. So if there's a high tide at noon, there will be a low tide at 6PM, high tide at midnight, and low tide again at 6AM. I said roughly because the moon is moving around the earth once every 28 days, so the high and low tides time move, on average, a bit under an hour each day.
