Kilograms measures MASS not VOLUME. However, CUPS measures VOLUME, not MASS. Therefore it all depends on WHAT you're putting in that cup.
A better question would be, "What is the mass of one cup of ______?" And then fill in the blank. But since the MKS (meters-kilograms-seconds) system often is not used with the English Gravitational system (feet-pounds-seconds), a more reasonable question might be "what is the mass of <so many> ml of the substance ____ weigh?"
So a simple example might be "What is the mass of 150 ml of water?" (Answer 150 gm). Or other other hand how much does a cup of water weight (about a half pound).)

A cup of what? Kg = mass, cup = volume. You can derive the volume from the density and mass, or you can derive the density from the mass and the volume but without knowing the material the question is moot. You can't convert Kg to cups.
