The heart is composed of four chambers - ONE of each: right atrium, RIGHT VENTRICLE, left atrium and left ventricle.
The atria are found in the heart, specifically in the upper chambers. There are two atria in the heart, the left atrium and the right atrium, which receive blood from the veins and pump it into the ventricles.
Hear is a pumping organ. It consists of four chambers. upper two chambers called Auricles and lower called Ventricles. Left side of the heart is filled with Pure blood and right side with impure blood.
The atrioventricular valves (the tricuspid valve on the right side and the mitral valve on the left side) close when the ventricles contract. This prevents blood from flowing back into the atria and ensures it is pumped out to the rest of the body through the aorta and pulmonary arteries.
The right atrium is a region of the heart. In a human, it is on the top right side of the heart.
Approximately 1 in 12,000 people have a condition known as situs inversus, where their internal organs, including the heart, are mirrored from their normal positions, resulting in the heart being located on the right side of the body instead of the left.
The septum divides the left from the right side of the heart. There are actually two: one between the atria and one between the ventricles.
right ventricle Ventricles, left and right
The left side
There are two atria (left and right atrium), and two ventricles (left and right ventricles). The left side and right side are totally separated, but on each side the atrium and ventricle gets connected by a valve and has valves to either take in or pump out blood.
Between right and left atria is the interatrial septum between the right and left ventricles is the interventricular septum
the left and right atria or atrium are the upper half as for the lower half the left and right ventricles. the atria fill with blood and then dump the blood in the ventricles. the left side of the heart beats a little quicker than the right side, but it happens so fast that it is barely noticable.
The septum.
The valves separating the atria and ventricles are collectively referred to as atrioventricular valves. These include the tricuspid valve on the right side of the heart and the mitral valve on the left side.
i know my heart is on right side
The division between the right and left heart is called the interventricular septum, which separates the two ventricles. This septum ensures that oxygen-poor blood on the right side of the heart does not mix with oxygen-rich blood on the left side.
right side
These are called the ventricles
