That would pretty much involve emptying the Atlantic Ocean
Apparently the bubbles or frothing are formed by a change of chemicals in the water. I've read that prior to a tsunami, the sea water might make our skin itch too. The example I read stated that it's much like the effect of carbonated water....the gas or gases having come from a possible at-sea earthquake or an at-sea volcano (underwater, obviously!).
When one of the earth's plates shifts, one of the plates can move upwards and make a wave that can stand anywhere ranging from 1 foot, to a 100+ foot tall wall of water. the bigger the wave, the more damage the tsunami can cause, for instance, it has in the past made islands smaller than they used to be. hope this helps.
Pour a glass of water, then shake it a little. You'll see the waves it makes in the water. Earthquakes are worse than that and waves in the ocean are much bigger.
No, a very big tsunami could just make it past the statue of liberty!
All you need is a big zip-lock bag fill it up with water then add presure to it, KABOOM you have a tsunami. Or you can fill a container with water and drop a rock on one end and watch it go KABOOM! and there you have a tsunami!
by displacing water in the ocean.
No, the earthquake in the ocean cause the water to make the tsunami

If you are smart and work hard you may make something close to a tsunami gun, but if you're reading this in the future then yes. You could make a tsunami gun.
give it all to me

If you work 40 hoursa week for a year that is 2080 hours. 30000/2080 = $14.42/hr
it will make a even bigger tsunami
