It depends on which animal you are talking about. Since animals in general cannot scratch all over their bodies as and when they move around, they are subject and exposed to the elements. Seeds for instance can therefore be blown onto their bodies by the wind and captured by the hairs or fur on their bodies as they move.
Cattails can move with the wind, as they have tall, flexible stems that allow them to bend and sway. They can also spread by producing abundant seeds that are dispersed by the wind or water, helping them to colonize new areas.
One example of a plant that disperses its seeds by animals is the burdock plant. Its seeds have small hooks that easily attach to the fur of passing animals, which then carry the seeds to new locations as they move around.
A plant that does not move is called a sessile plant. These plants are rooted in the ground and rely on external factors like wind and pollinators for reproduction and spreading seeds.
Seeds have adaptations such as wings, hooks, or being enclosed in fleshy fruits to aid in dispersal. These structures help seeds move away from the parent plant to find new locations to grow. Dispersal methods include wind, water, animals, and explosions.
passion fruit seeds and pulp are eaten by birds, who then scatter the seeds in their excrement.
Cattail seeds are carried by the wind.
the worms move them and the ants take them
Wind
Through their seeds and other propagules
prickles adhere to animals as a mode of transportation seeds like to move and grow up in different places.

"to move away from the source - away from the parent plant"
=Stock Up On Reviver Seeds, X-Eye Seeds, Sleep Seeds, Oran Berries... All That Sort Of Stuff....=And here is the thing, You need to have a one shot move, or a move that can beat the surrounding Luxio, if you don't have that move, you're screwed. (an example would be Pikachu with Discharge)
it gets moved by like wind, storms, animals.people
1. Sleep Seeds 2. Reviver Seeds 3. Dig 4. Mirror Move
bring a couple revival seeds and 2 violent seeds (1 for u and ur partner) when you get there eat the seeds and use area wide attacks if you have them, if you dont have any then use your ranged attacks when they close in on you use your strongest move and shut off all of your partners move ecept for his/her strongest move. do this and you should win.
