Perhaps nothing. Any trait that natural selection is blind to could pass, but many would pick-up deleterious mutations as the organisms possessing such traits would not be eliminated from the gene pool. Great ape vitamin C synthesizing pathways are one example of this. One gene coding for a part of this pathway has been ' knocked out ' by mutations and great apes ( including us ) can not synthesize vitamin C.

How can micro evolution happen?

By simple genetic recombination for one. microevolution is just evolution and evolution is the change in allele frequency over time in a population of organisms. Just change over time short of speciation and especially valid for sexually reproducing organisms who always change allele frequencies through coitus and reproduction.

What happen when a population is is Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium?

What is the term for changes in allele frequency that happen randomly one generation to the next?

Genetic drift

What does it mean when an allele reaches fixation in a population?

When an allele reaches fixation in a population, it means that all individuals in the population carry that specific allele, and no other alleles for that gene are present. This can happen through natural selection, genetic drift, or other evolutionary processes.

What will happen to the other organisms if the koala endangered species continues to decline?

Koalas are not endangered.Other organisms are unlikely to be affected in a major way if the koala does die out. This marsupial has all but disappeared from some parts of eastern and southern Australia, with no noticeable effect on the environment.

If a trait made an organism less likely to survive and reproduce what would happen to the allele for the trait?

The allele would not be passed on to further generations, as the organism cannot reproduce. There would be a smaller population of that organism who's genetic code does not contain the allele for that particular trait.
