You'd start off with the first generation of tigers, and tame them, then domesticate their offspring, and continue the process until it was embedded into their genes. unfortunately, Tigers are on the verge of extinction, so i don't think anyone will be domesticating them if they do end up going extinct. Also, the danger of a tiger or a bear killing you while you tried to train it is much harder than a dog or a cow or a horse killing you. cows and horses are both prey animals, and while dogs are predator animals, they are nearly 1/4 of the size of a tiger or bear.
