Yes.
Lava is hot. Very very hot. Very Very Very Very hot.
It will cause one to blister at a distance, and burn instantly on touch. However, volcanologists have fallen in shallow lava before and escaped with prolonged hospital stays. This is because they were able to get out quickly.
Just like touching a hot stove, the longer you are in contact, the worse the injury, shock is a given, as is scarring, and loss of sensation.
But how cool would it be to roll up your trousers and say "look at these scars. You know where they came from? I tripped into LAVA."
Cheers.
No
Creatures known as extremophiles have been found to live in extremely hot environments, but no known creature can survive in molten lava due to the extreme heat.
there is a BIG explosion with lava running everywhere. The top of the mountain also falls off.
No... I learned about this in science class like last year...I had the same question
No, a living person would not survive being in lava due to its high temperature, which can exceed 1,200 degrees Celsius (2,200 degrees Fahrenheit). The extreme heat would cause immediate and fatal burns, even before the person submerged in the lava.
Victoria falls is made out of molten lava.

Most likely an igneous rock can withstand molten lava.

Pumice is actually solidified frothy lava. It is volcanic glass with vesicles. Vesicles are where air escaped when the lava was fooled very quickly.

Put a block of anything into the hole that the lava is coming out of and it will stop. Works with water falls also.
