Hi, I've had Spore for over 1 year, and on some of my creatures I've used freedom and add DNA, so here it goes. First of all, you can't use freedom in gameplay, but you can use add DNA, to make the game easier for you. But, you can make creatures in Create, and use freedom and add DNA. Then, after you created your creature, you can use it only in Tribal, Civilization, and Space. Ok, back to using them. First of all, press these buttons at the same time. Note: You must be on your game, and to be ready to create your creature. Control+Shift+C. This will open a window, which is known as a 'cheats window'. Before starting on your creature, you must type in freedom or FREEDOM, then it will say, 'Editor limits are disabled. Freedom!' but if you do this again, then it will say, 'Editor limits are enabled. Creations will be pollinated.' Always remember this before you make a really detailed creature, you must type in freedom in the window, or else it won't work once your creature is half way finished. Now, as you know, you always start with 2000 DNA, but that's not enough to make a creature, so go to the 'cheats window' and type in adddna, without any spaces. Keep pressing enter until you get your amount of DNA you want. Now, start making your creature, but I would suggest using the section at the end of the top, and use those parts for your spore creature, to put details in. Hope this helped!
You typically use a spore syringe within 6 months of receiving it. Spores stay hydrated and suspended in water for at least 1 year and are still viable. In many cases you have longer than that.
There are six steps that scientists use to obtain more recombinant DNA for a trait. First, they isolate and cut into the gene. Second, they combine the DNA with the vector. Third, they amplify gene. Fourth, they add competent host. Fifth, they obtain the gene. Lastly, they do down processing.
Cut the piece of paper having the DNA into small pieces and drop it into a 1.5 mL microfuge tube. Add enough TE buffer to submerge the the piece of paper, give sufficient time for the DNA to get into the buffer. Spin the tube at 13,000 rpm for 5 minutes. collect the supernatant which has your DNA and use it Preetam,UWO
One can rinse the mouth with a solution and the solution is put back into the tube and add the required solution to it, then you will be able see a murky/jelly-white substances on the surface of the water, and that is the DNA which was extracted from your mouth.
That depends on what you intend to do with it. If your goal is long term storage then a print is a better choice. Once spores are hydrated in water and suspended in a spore syringe liquid they last about 6-12 months, versus up to 25 years as a spore print in proper storage.
well you can keep earning DNA or use DNA cheats such as addDNA
I tried to add it and it didn't work so i tried to play it as its own game and it worked
Enter a double-battle with smeargle and a Pokemon with spore. Have that Pokemon use spore and have smeargle use sketch on him/her.
To add extra joints to your Spore creature, enter the Creature Editor and select the segment of your creature where you want to add the joint. Use the "Add" tool to place a new joint segment, which can be adjusted for positioning and rotation. You can also customize the creature’s limbs and appendages to enhance mobility and flexibility. Experiment with different joint placements to achieve the desired appearance and functionality for your creature.
well you wont be able to use them if you reinstall spore BUT there will be a folder in your documents labled My Spore Creations. hope this helps =]
The same way you use a normal spit. Hold z and shake the nunchuck, but you can only use it during and after the battle with Zarkatar.
Seven Pokemon's in total are able to use the move spore. Paras and Parasect. Smeargle. Shroomish and Breloom. Foongus and Amoongus.
Yes you can. The insturction are in the manual
no
in pcr technique we take original dna first heat it to separate to strands in thermocycler then add rna primer after the formation of about 10 sequences on both parental strands add dna polymerase to construct further
