No. While California does sometimes get tsunamis, the whole state will not be flooded. When a tsunami strikes it is the low-lying areas near the shore that will get flooded. Areas that are high up or more than a few miles from shore will be fine.
There is currently no credible prediction or warning of a tsunami hitting California on March 25. Tsunamis are typically caused by underwater earthquakes or volcanic eruptions, and are usually detected and monitored by specialized agencies to issue timely alerts and warnings to potentially affected areas.
You don't as tsunamis will go where they are going. The best you can hope for is a "tsunami warning alarm" system and preparing in advance appropriate evacuation plans for coastal areas,
It will probably happen eventually. This is a plate boundary just of the cause that could trigger an earthquake and tsunami, but there's no telling when it will happen. Other areas along the Pacific could produce a tsunami that would reach Washington
because it hits shore and loses power or has be going on for a long time.
The tsunami has hit the East side of Japan, and will also hit Hawaii (with great impact with waves up to 2.1m) and the East coast of the rest of United States (in for instance California). Other places like Taiwan, Philipines, New Zealand might also be affected.
No one can predict this.
It depends on where you are coming from and where you are going to.

he will be coming to fl in the 31 of December but i don't know which Disney he is going to the one in California or the one in Florida.
The scary thing about a tsunami is that you don't know when it's going to happen until hours before so unless a tsunami is going to hit soon then I can't tell you
It depends on where in California the first train is coming from. Is it coming from Eureka or Needles? California is a huge state. It makes an enormous difference.
The answer depends on which direction you are coming from, and what part of California you are going to. There are several states that border California. These include the following: Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon. If you are coming from Texas, for instance, then you will come through New Mexico and Arizona before you get to California. If you are coming from Washington State, you will go through Oregon first. If you are coming from Colorado you could choose to go through New Mexico and Arizona to get to Southern California, or Utah and Nevada to get to Northern California. (California also borders Mexico if you are coming up from South America.)

no
The tsunami will flood the low lying areas. Going to higher ground might take you out of the areas that will be flooded.
There are yet no instruments which could predict a Tsunami. So, it can't be told whether a tsunami will come or not.
A tsunami is not a wind-related event, so the wind could be going any speed.
