As of my last update in October 2023, there has been no official announcement regarding the discontinuation of Dermassage dishwashing liquid. For the most accurate and current information, it's best to check the manufacturer's website or contact their customer service directly. Additionally, local retailers may have insights on product availability.

Both transitions, from solid to liquid and liquid to gas are purely Physical Changes. There is nothing Chemical happening.
Freezing and melting are related. Freezing is going from a liquid to a solid, and melting is going from a solid to a liquid. The energy used for this phase change is called heat of fusion. Condensing and vaporizing are also related in a similar way. Condensing is going from a gas to a liquid and vaporization is going from a liquid to a gas. The energy used for this phase change is called heat of vaporization. Evaporation and boiling are similar. Both refer to the change of a liquid to a gas, but evaporation takes place on the surface of the liquid, and boiling takes place on the entire mass of the liquid.
The process of going from a solid to a liquid is called melting. When heat is applied to a solid, such as ice, it turns into a liquid form, which is water.
Sublimation is when a solid goes to a gas when heated rather than going to a liquid first. At normal pressure solid carbon dioxide and iodine go directly to vapor without going to a liquid first.
Yes it will be discontinued in 2013

The other day, my Sperry top siders were smelling funky, so I took out their removable insoles, got some normal dishwashing liquid, filled a bin with water and squirted about three spoons of dishwashing liquid in it. Then I let the insoles soak in it for about ten minutes. Afterwards I got a toothbrush (not going to use it afterwards of course), dunked it in the soapy water, then started scrubbing the insoles, removing a lot of dirt and nasty smell. I then took them outside on a sunny day and let them dry for about 8 hours. They were pretty good afterwards.
