It is not recommended to go from hot to cold or cold to hot too quickly as it can put stress on the body and potentially lead to health issues such as hypothermia, heat exhaustion, or potentially shock. It is better to gradually transition between temperatures to allow the body to adjust.

Warm water will generally boil faster than cold water because warm water is already starting with a higher temperature, so it requires less energy to reach the boiling point.
Its is know freezing because the atmosphere that keeped it warm disapeered.
The best thing to do is dress in layers. Also, wear a hat, gloves and scarf.
Not all seeds do, but many seeds from regions with cold winters require freezing in order to break their dormancy. This helps the seeds to germinate at the appropriate time. If seeds that fell in fall germinated immediately, they would face freezing winter temperatures which could damage or kill them. Seeds that germinate after freezing are more likely to grow in spring with lots of warm weather ahead of them.

It is probably due to the subjective sensation of hot and cold that you feel. I'm not basing this on personal MEDICAL QUALIFICATIONS BUT EXPERIENCE IN A COLD CLIMATE. TRY EXPERIMENTING WITH A BOWL OF WARM WATER (BLOOD HEAT) AND A BOWL OF ICE WATER. Chill your hand then plunge it into the warm... do the opposite.. test and learn. Firstmate.

In the winter it can be freezing, and snowing, but in the summer its fun and great to go out.
