I'm not a professional or anything but I am a geography student... I can tell you that there are deep ocean currents that travel globally in designated paths and maintain temperaures. I'd assume that this involves mixing of ocean waters, but these currents do not stop to drop their waterload, its a continuous cycle, kind of like a circle. You should Google deep ocean currents.

Which feature of the sea floor is cut by turbidity currents?

Submarine canyons are a common feature of the sea floor that can be cut by turbidity currents. These currents are fast-moving underwater sediment flows that can transport large amounts of sediment and carve deep channels into the ocean floor. With their high energy and ability to transport sediment, turbidity currents are capable of reshaping submarine canyons over time.

How are Large volumes of bottom sediments may be transported long distances by?

Large volumes of bottom sediments can be transported long distances by processes such as turbidity currents, underwater avalanches, and longshore drift. These processes involve the movement of sediment-laden water in rivers, currents, or waves that can carry sediments over vast distances across the ocean floor.

What part of the large algae that takes the place of roots and anchors to the ocean floors?

Holdfasts are the structures in large algae that take the place of roots. These holdfasts anchor the algae to the ocean floor, providing stability and allowing the algae to withstand ocean currents and waves.

Why do the large sections of Earth's crust move?

Large sections of Earth's crust move due to the constant motion of the tectonic plates that make up the Earth's surface. This movement is caused by the heat generated from the Earth's core, which drives convection currents in the mantle. As the currents move, they drag the overlying tectonic plates along with them, resulting in the motion of the Earth's crust.

What are ocean breakers?

Ocean breakers are large waves that form and break typically near the shoreline. They are caused by the interaction of wind, currents, and obstacles in the water. Breakers are important for coastal erosion and the formation of beaches.

What causes tsunami and earthquakes in Japan?

Earthquakes in Japan are caused by the movement of tectonic plates. A tsunami is a large ocean wave that is caused by sudden motion on the ocean floor which can be triggered by earthquakes.

How can I fix holes in hardwood floors?

To fix holes in hardwood floors, you can use wood filler or putty that matches the color of the floor. Fill the hole with the filler, let it dry, and then sand it down until it is smooth with the rest of the floor. You can also consider replacing the damaged boards if the holes are too large to be filled.

What could be causing a large gap between the baseboard and the floor in my room?

A large gap between the baseboard and the floor in a room could be caused by factors such as settling of the house, moisture damage, or improper installation of the baseboard.

Current relays are the relay which sens the current passing in particular circuit and operates when this current exceed its set value.

Currents are mainley caused by?

Surface ocean currents are mainly wind-driven and occur in all of the world's oceans. Examples of large surface currents that move across vast expanses of ocean are the Gulf Stream, the North Atlantic Current, the California Current, the Atlantic South Equatorial Current, and the Westwind Drift. --- Vertical and ocean-bottom currents are mainly driven by density differences caused by changes in temperature and salinity.

Why does my crochet have holes?

Holes in crochet projects can be caused by using a hook that is too large for the yarn, skipping stitches, or not pulling the yarn tight enough. It's important to follow the pattern closely and maintain consistent tension to avoid holes in your work.
