Of course it's a hoax. There have been countless dates given for the end of the world since the dawn of human civilization, this is just another in a long line.

In 999AD, Christian holy men across Europe told their masses not to bother planting their crops that year, as the world was due to end on New Years night at the stroke of midnight. Of course, nothing happened, though there was a widespread famine the following year.

1000 years later and despite all our scientific advances, humans are still superstitious creatures, only this time we called it the 'Millenium bug', giving a more high-tec scientific name to what was essentially the same thing, an illogical fear.

Doomsday theorists and numerous tacky authors have had nothing else to write about since the Millenium bug came to no fruition so they have latched on to a prediction from the Mayan calender about the world ending in December 2012, as their calender simply runs out of dates at that time.

I can guarantee you that once 2012 has come and gone, in January 2013 those same doomsday theorists will be busy looking for the next date that the world will surely end, and silly superstitious humans will still happily lap it up.

Something you should ask yourself; If the Mayans were so good at predicting future events, how did they not foresee the coming of the Spanish Conquistadores and the subsequent destruction of their civilization ?

How far is nibiru away from earth?

Nibiru does not exist. It is a hoax created by apocalypse fanatics.

How many moons orbit Nibiru?

None, because Nibiru doesn't exist. Those that support the Nibiru myth, and believe Nibiru to be a large terrestrial planet (there are many different beliefs among Nibiru believers as to what Nibiru actually is), often claim that it has 18 visible moons.

What year would planet nibiru be passing earth?

Never. Nibiru does not exist.

How do you stop planet nibiru approaching planet earth without harming inhabitants of nibiru?

There is no scientific evidence to support the existence of Planet Nibiru. If Nibiru were real, one potential way to stop its approach towards Earth without causing harm to its inhabitants would be to use advanced technology to alter Nibiru's trajectory or gravitational force. However, this scenario remains purely hypothetical.

Is there water on nibiru?

There is no Nibiru, therefore there is no water on Nibiru. Believers in the Nibiru myth differ widely in beliefs about what Nibiru actually is. The founder of the myth, Nancy Lieder, claimed Nibiru to be a terrestrial planet about four times Earth's size. However, since its founding, Nibiru has become figure in several religious cults, all of which say something different about its identity. Claims of Nibiru's identity range from dwarf planet to supergiant star. Some say it's the variable star V838 Monocerotus, while others even claim it's mistaken for one of the planets in our own system (mainly Neptune, Eris, and Sedna). Since no one that believes in Nibiru can seem to agree with other supporters of the myth as to what they actually believe in, whether or not Nibiru is supposed to have water is subject to individual imagination.

Has NASA revealed information about Nibiru or is it a hoax?

It's a hoax. The idiot who came up with it is closer to an astrologer than astronomer.

What are Luna and nibiru?

Luna is the name of Earth's moon (Sol is the sun). Regarding ''Nibiru,'' it's a big hoax. I have a dobsonian telescope and I cannot see it. People will try to convince you that it's true. But there is no scientific evidence of Nibiru.

Is Planet Nibiru a HOAX?

Yes, absolutely. There is no planet, or asteroid, or any celestial object named "Nibiru", and the specifications given to "Nibiru" cannot exist. "Nibriu" was the name of a Babylonian god of the underworld; perhaps that's an appropriate name for a mythical but scary non-planet.

Why does so called Planet X Nibiru move forward in its orbit?

There is no "Planet X", no "Nibiru". That's something for scary campfire stories and bad dreams. It is a hoax, a fairy tale, an insane fable. One of the most important things I taught my son when he was little was the difference between "real" and "pretend". "Nibiru" is pretend.

Is planet nibiru false myth?

"Hoax" is probably a better word. It's not true enough to be regarded as a myth. Supporters of the myth claim that there is proof to support it. However, the "evidence" of "Nibiru" has usually turned out to be Neptune, Jupiter, Venus, V838 Monocerotus, and several other objects. Some believers of the myth claim that such objects are indeed Nibiru, and are simply mislabeled. No evidence of Nibiru has yet been honored by the widely accepted scientific community.

Is the niburi going to hit earth?

No, there is no scientific evidence to support the existence of a planet called Nibiru on a collision course with Earth. NASA and other reputable space agencies have debunked the idea of Nibiru as a hoax or myth. Earth is not in danger of being struck by Nibiru or any similar celestial body.

Is there proof of nibiru?

There's proof that the Babylonians used the word, and that it means something like "crossroads". Beyond that, though, anything you've heard about it is almost certainly not true, so of course there's no proof of it.

Is nibiru really coming?

No. Nibiru does not exist.
