No. Philippines doesnt have any snow sorry :(
There's a possibility. But not all only selected places or areas like Baguio. The Baguio reached 9 degree celsius the coldest province now in the Philippines this month due to winter in the neighboring countries. There's a possibility by next year it will be lower. And for many years from now there's a big chance.
Snow fall occured in the Philippines is very rare. There are reports that there were snow fall on the mountain top of Mt. Pulag, the highest mountain in Luzon island. The snow fall did not last longer that 5 minutes.
Nope, not YET. The Philippines is a tropical country and is near the equator but I'm sure that someday, it'll snow if there is a slight change on the earth's axis.
For instance, if earth tilts a couple of degrees then it will have a major impact such as new wind patterns, earth's temperature in some places will drop and etc..
The Philippines are tropical, and unfortunately they do not get snow. Instead, what would be snow hits the warm climate and changes to a cold rain.
Never has never will.
