The South Temperate and South Polar Zones
Temperate zones are either of the two intermediate latitude zones of the earth. Some countries on the temperate zones are Australia, France, the USA, China and New Zealand.
These countries are all between 23.5 degrees North (Tropics of Cancer) to 66.5 degrees North (Arctic Circle) and 23.5 degrees South (Tropics of Capricorn) to 66.5 degrees South (Antarctic Circle). So, in short, countries like Australia, USA, France, China and New Zealand all lie in the temperate zone. Most (not all) countries within the temperate zone experiences the 4 seasons.
Great Britain, Northern Asia, Southern Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa have a temperate climate. The United States and parts of northern Mexico also have a temperate climate.
