I think in Vancouver earthquakes are common in Canada.
Areas in Cebu that are prone to earthquakes include the eastern side of the island, particularly along the Philippine Fault Zone which runs through the central part of the island. Additionally, coastal areas near the Cebu Strait may also be at higher risk due to their proximity to tectonic plate boundaries. It's important to stay informed about seismic activity and be prepared for potential earthquakes in these areas.
No. Looking at an Epicenter Map on Wikipedia (feel free to check yourself) while a little out of date (1998), it shows no area is completely free from earthquakes, but Greenland, Canada, the right side of South America, the top of Africa & Russia have the least amount of earthquakes.
It depends. If Mangalore is on the ocean than no for both, but if Mangalore is not on the ocean they would only be safe from tsunamis but not from earthquakes. Not from earthquakes because an earthquake could happen anywhere, anytime.
Areas prone to earthquakes should be identified so that people can prepare for them. Most notably, bridges and public buildings should be built to withstand earthquakes.
Where plates meet
The most frequent number of earthquakes in U.S. are in Alaska followed by California.
In California near the San Andreas fault line
seismographs and seismometers are used in suspected "at risk" areas of tectonic activity (earthquakes and volcanoes)

While Russia and Canada do experience earthquakes, they tend to have fewer compared to other seismically active regions like the Pacific Ring of Fire. Russia's earthquakes are largely concentrated in areas like Siberia and the Kamchatka Peninsula, while Canada's seismic activity is mainly found in British Columbia and the Yukon region.
Morocco is at a low risk for earthquakes because it is not in close proximity to a tectonic plate boundary.

Earthquakes tend to occur most often at or near the boundaries between tectonic plates. One such boundary runs along the coast of the Western United States all the way from the bottom of California to Alaska. So places near this boundary are at the highest risk of earthquakes. As you move further east, you move further away from this tectonic plate boundary so the risk of earthquakes goes down (although they can still happen).
yes
They're not.
