The six phases of matter are solid, liquid, gas, plasma, Bose-Einstein condensate, and fermionic condensate. Solid is a state of matter with defined shape and volume; liquid takes the shape of its container; gas has neither definite shape nor volume; plasma is a high-energy state of matter with charged particles; Bose-Einstein condensate is a state of matter at extremely low temperatures; fermionic condensate is composed of fermionic particles at very low temperatures.
The greatest loss of life is usually the result of flooding.
it leads to loss of lives it leads to loss of property it leads to damage in the area it causes expenses to be spent for it to be rebuilt
When matter changes state (like from solid to liquid or gas), the arrangement of particles and their energy levels change, but the chemical composition remains the same. This change is usually due to a gain or loss of heat energy. The phase transition can be reversible, such as melting and freezing, or irreversible, such as burning.
Cells can shrink due to dehydration, loss of nutrients, or exposure to hypertonic solutions (higher solute concentration outside the cell). This causes water to move out of the cell, leading to a decrease in cell volume.
Mild diffuse cerebral and cerebellum volume loss and T2 hyperintensity within the periventricular white matter refers to a stroke. This can cause a slight decrease in the white matter of the brain.

what are causes of unexplained blood loss
Bilateral volume loss is shrinkage on both the right and left sides.
1) poor internal drainage 2) loss of soil structure. 3) low organic matter.
Your Answer is here... Volumetric analysis of the brain revealed that gray matter volume linearly decreased with time, while white matter volume remained relatively unchanged during aging. We defined a standard brain for each age group and sex, which is a brain having gray matter volume on the regression line for the gray matter loss with age. This is a first objective criterion for standard brain for his/her age. Then, we performed longitudinal study in the same subjects with 8 years interval. The analyses revealed that there are sex difference in speed and pattern of gray matter loss with aging. Gray matter loss with aging was slower in women that that in men. Voxel based morphometry (VBM) was performed to investigate correlation between regional gray matter volume and characteristics of the subject, such as cerebro-vascular risk factors, scores of cognitive and memory functions, and mental status. These attributes were used as dependent variables, and regional gray matter volume as an independent variable. The correlation analyses revealed that there were negative correlations between gray matter volume and hypertension, lifetime alcohol intake, obesity. To clarify clinical significance of ischemic lesion in the white matter on T2-weighted brain MRI, we developed an algorism for automatic detection of the ischemic lesions. Using this system, we made probabilistic map of the lesion for each subject and the probabilistic maps for age of 40th, 50th, 60th and 70th, by simply averaging the data belonging to the age group. The lesion map revealed that ischemic lesion localized mainly around the ventricle and total lesion volume increased with increasing of age. Regards, M. Saad Shahid saadi.saad@gmail.com
because it causes dehydration therefore there loss of water in the blood plasma
A quality-loss causation model shows different features for the loss and the causes of it. The categories for it are areas of correction, basic causes, immediate causes, incident, and loss.

The cerebral does moderate generalized volume loss with prominence of the ventricles and cerebral cortical sulci. It refers to the brain volume loss.
