viruses
Prokaryotes can be infected by viruses.
More viruses. Cells infected with virus DNA are essentially converted into virus factories. Instead of producing the materials the cell needs to reproduce, it produces dormant viruses, until the cell bursts and the new viruses begin infecting other cells.
No, bacteria and viruses do not travel through urine stream unless the urinary tract is infected. In cases of urinary tract infections, bacteria can be present in the urine. However, viruses are not typically found in urine unless there is a specific viral infection affecting the urinary tract.
viruses are specific to the cells they infect called host cells
It is the Human Immunodeficiency Virus
Antibiotics do not work on viruses because viruses are not cells which can take in and out or be infected by specific processes.
Yes, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is by definition the end stage of infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
no
viruses
HIV and AIDS are not the same thing. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is the virus that causes humans to develop AIDS. HIV is spread through contact with infected blood, semen, vaginal fluid and breast milk. AIDS is a diagnosis that is issued by a health provider. HIV is unable to survive outside the human body. It is unable to be transmitted to any animal so it is impossible to be infected by an animal. There are other immunodeficiency viruses that infect animals however. These viruses may cause the animals to develop their own version of AIDS, however the condition would mean something much different because of the difference in disease susceptibility.
viruses: Human Pampiloma Virus, Tobacco Mosaic Virus, Human Immunodeficiency Virus Bacteria: Escherichia Coli, Bacillus Megaterium, Staphylococcus Aureus
Oncolytic viruses are viruses used in cancer treatment. They kill these viruses through chemical means in multiple stages by attacking infected cells.

PC viruses are usually 'contracted' from the internet - or by inserting an 'infected' disk into the computer's drive.
