France borders the following countries (clockwise from the north):

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco, Spain and Andorra.

You could possible add the UK, as it has a border with France in the middle of the Channel Tunnel.

As France also has Départements outside of Europe, it also shares borders on other continents. It shares a border with the Netherlands on the island of Saint Marten (Caribbean) and it shares borders with Brazil and Suriname in South America.
