Nikola Tesla patented alternate current which is used worldwide to light house ad buildings. Edison began selling electricity with the direct current but lost all the grandeur.
Some important figures who contributed to the development of electricity include Michael Faraday, who discovered electromagnetic induction, Thomas Edison, who invented the first practical light bulb, and Nikola Tesla, who made significant contributions to alternating current (AC) power systems. These individuals played pivotal roles in advancing our understanding and harnessing of electricity for practical applications.
Excerpt from the New York World Telegram, July 11, 1935 - Nikola Tesla revealed that an earthquake which drew police and ambulances to the region of his laboratory at 48 E. Houston St., New York, in 1898, was the result of a little machine he was experimenting with at the time which "you could put in your overcoat pocket."
Nikola Tesla was born in Smiljan, which is now part of Croatia. He spent much of his life living and working in the United States, particularly in cities like New York and Colorado Springs. Tesla also had residences in Paris and Prague during different periods of his life.
There were people interested in electricity who came with inventions involving the field.
Nikola Tesla looked up to inventors and scientists such as Thomas Edison and Michael Faraday. He also admired the works of great thinkers like Leonardo da Vinci and Mark Twain. Tesla was driven by a desire to push the boundaries of science and technology.

Nikola Tesla admired Thomas Edison for his work in electrical engineering and innovation, initially thinking of him as a mentor. However, their relationship became strained due to differing views on alternating current versus direct current. Tesla also had admiration for physicist and engineer Michael Faraday for his contributions to the field of electromagnetism.

Nikola Tesla died in 1943, he is not alive.
Nikola Tesla used ancient Sanskrit terminology in his descriptions of natural phenomena. Nikola Tesla was much impressed to hear from Swami explanation of the Samkhya cosmogony and the theory of cycles given by the Hindus. Swami Vivekananda was born in Calcutta and he was inspired by his teacher, Ramakrishna.
The Secret of Nikola Tesla was created in 1980.

Close, but no cigar. It's called a Faraday Cage, named after the Chemist and physicist Michael Faraday who's noted for his discoveries and experiments with electricity in the mid 19th century. Tesla was however an eminent scientist in a similar field but working in the late 19th and early 20th century. I believe is a "Tesla" Cage, named after Nikola Tesla, who discovered a great deal about electricity and how to use it.
Studies on electricity makes about several centuries and several scientists but Nikola Tesla pioneered the work with alternant current. His inventions with alternant current was not based on any scientist.
