An element with 45 protons is Rhodium, which has the atomic number 45. Rhodium is a silvery-white transition metal that is commonly used in catalytic converters, jewelry, and electrical connections due to its resistance to corrosion.
This is a shocking answer but one of the heaters may have a break in it's heating element liner and be the culprit. You have to cut the AC power to the heater and then remove both sides of the electrical connections on the heater elements. ( Most times there are two) with a ohmmeter there should be no connection or leakage from the heater element electrical terminials to the tank metal
Your water heater may be buzzing due to a variety of reasons, such as sediment buildup, a faulty heating element, or loose electrical connections. To fix it, you can try flushing the tank to remove sediment, checking and tightening any loose connections, or replacing the heating element if necessary. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact a professional plumber for further assistance.
A semiconductor is a material that has electrical conductivity between a conductor and an insulator, which can be controlled and manipulated to create electronic devices like transistors and diodes. Semiconductors are a key component in modern electronics and are used in a wide range of applications, from computer chips to solar cells.
Electricity would be the fasted element in a computer along with Light.
Copper is a reddish brown element used for electrical wiring as it is a good conductor of electricity.
Steel isn't an element but, yes, it is a conductor.

No it is not. It is a chemical element.
There is no such thing as an electrical atom? Aluminum is an element. Electrons are in every element. They carry a small mass and have an negative charge.
