Geothermal.
Earthquakes are from the plates in the earth moving and grinding up against eachother, then the earth gets a huge buzz, they occur where the plates meet, places like Japan.
Volcanoes occur where there are mountains, as the conventional flow of magma under the earth pushes up the earth to form mountains, when the pressure builds up enough, BOOM, lava everywhere people dead.

The most common underwater causes of tsunami are earthquakes and volcanoes. The event causes a large column of water to be displaced and moved out from the source. See the related question about the causes of tsunami for more detail about this question and about other causes of tsunami that may not start underwater.
The source of energy is from movement of the sea floor or sediment on the sea floor. This movement displaces some water and so gives energy to the water.
The movement of the tectonics are what create earthquakes. As magma pushes up through some cracks in the plates, it pushes the plates into one another. Where the plates collide is where the earthquakes appear. For example, Japan is on the "ring of fire", or the edge of the pacific ocean plate. It experiences earthquakes more frequently than, say, Colorado, which is not near the edge of any plates.
source
The kinetic energy of the molecules is the source; the evaporation increase of course at high temperatures.
What source: Energy From where: Sun
The primary source of wave energy and motion is wind blowing over the surface of the water. This friction between the wind and the water creates waves that propagate through the ocean. Other factors such as earthquakes, volcanoes, and underwater landslides can also generate waves known as tsunamis.
Mechanical Waves
What source: Energy From where: Sun
Friction causes heat. Heat is a source of energy.
Solar energy is the main energy source that causes evaporation. The heat from the sun provides the energy needed to convert water from liquid to gas, leading to evaporation.
In most food webs the Sun is the ultimate source of energy. Some food webs start with chemotrophs and in those cases the source of the energy are chemicals often from underwater volcanoes.
geothermal: volcanoes hot spots, vents.
Geothermal energy from volcanoes is derived from the heat generated by magma beneath the Earth's surface. This heat is used to produce steam that drives turbines to generate electricity. Volcanoes provide a natural source of intense heat that can be harnessed for geothermal energy production.
The immediate source of most energy moving ocean currents is wind. The ultimate source of this energy is the sun.
An uncontrolled source of energy is one that is not regulated or contained, such as natural disasters like earthquakes or hurricanes. These events can release large amounts of energy, causing damage and destruction in their path.
Mechanical energy (that causes the elastic deformation).
