The cell will plasmolyse.

Plasmolysis occurs when the concentration of solutes outside the cell are higher than the cells internal concentration of solutes. Therefore a concentration gradient is established and water will diffuse OUT of the cell.

This solution is called Hypertonic.

The plasma membrane will come away from the cell wall and 'bunch up' in the centre. All the chloroplasts and organelles will be densely stacked on top of each other.

What is the organelle that helps plants produce food?

well, chloroplasts are what make sunlight into energy (this is called photosynthesis) for the plant to use.also though, nutrients and water are absorbed through the roots.what is cool is that the leaves of a plant are like natural solar panels.

What contains water and dissolves mineral?

Cytoplasm

What is a chloroplast and cytoplasm and vacuole for kids?

Chloroplast: A chloroplast is like a solar panel inside a plant cell that helps the plant make its food using sunlight. Cytoplasm: Cytoplasm is like the jelly that holds everything together inside a cell. It helps the cell keep its shape and allows important molecules to move around. Vacuole: A vacuole is like a big storage tank inside a cell that holds water, nutrients, and waste. It helps the cell stay hydrated and store important things.

Which substance found in th cytoplasm of an ameba is an inorganic compound?

Water is an inorganic substance found in the cytoplasm of an amoeba.

What in the leaf actually traps the sunlight to turn into useful energy?

on the leaf there is chloroplast. inside chloroplast there is chlorophyll. the chlorophyll is the green substance that takes in sunlight. then the chlorplast takes the sunlight from the chlorophyll and uses water and nutrients to make the food for the plant. this system is called photosynthesis. the process happens in the leaf with chloroplast and chlorophyll

What forms most of a cell?

The Cytoplasm which is mostly water. Cytoplasm

In this organelle carbon dioxide and water are converted to?

Chloroplast. Carbon dioxide and water are converted to glucose during the process of photosynthesis in the chloroplast.

What happens to the cells of a vegetable soaked in fresh water versus salt water?

There is equilibrium. Water is shared evenly. In salt water, the vegetable will kind of shrivel up. There is no equilibrium, and the cytoplasm of the cell shrinks into the middle, and water is taken out.

What can chloroplast make out of air and water?

sunlight

What cytoplasm made of?

Water

Is the cytoplasmin a plant or animal cell?

'Cytoplamin' spelled 'cytoplasm' is actually not a cell its self, but it is found in both a Animal and Plant Cells. The Cytoplasm is made up of mostly water and its job is to allow movement within a cell. The main difference between a Plant and Animal Cell is that a Animal Cell lacks both a cell wall and chloroplast as well as a Vachole. With out chloroplast, animals and human cannot photosynthesis, while Plants can!

What are facts about photosynthesis organism?

Photosynthesis happens in the chloroplast in a plant cell only. The things inside the chloroplasts are called the thylakiods. They take in water and carbon dioxide. nahtanoj
