Unless I miss my guess, I have to say that it looks like a set of latitude/longitude
coordinates. If that's what it is, then it can lead us to a definite point somewhere
on the Earth's surface.
If I'm right, then the point to which those coordinates will lead us to which is located
in the East Pleasant Valley Oil and Gas field in northeastern Utah ... a state in the USA.
The point is about 1.45 miles west of the Uinta/Duchesne county line, 8.12 miles east
of the Nine Mile Canyon Road, 13.8 miles south-southeast of the town of Myton on the
Uinta and Ouray Reservation, and 16.72 miles southeast of the town of Bridgeland, also
in Utah.
An even easier way to find that point would be to position oneself 50.24 miles west
of the Colorado state line and 68.91 miles south of the Wyoming state line.
That's my hunch. But I could be wrong.
