There are billions and tonnes of different sciences. There is sub-categories, sub sub-categories, and so on. The main ones, however, are astronomy, geology, biology, botany, physics and chemistry.
I'd suggest the two major divisions would be that separating the life sciences (botany, biology, anthropology ..) from the 'exact sciences' (physics, chemistry, astronomy, nuclear physics ..).
