To test whether salt water boils faster than plain water, you'll need a stove, two identical pots, water, salt, thermometers, and a timer. Fill one pot with plain water and the other with salt water (salt dissolved in water). Heat both pots at the same time, measure the time it takes for each to reach boiling point, and record the results.
Does adding salt water effect how fast it freezes? In one word ,yes. Salt water or no salt water as long as the temperatures are the same in whatever container you put them in. There's a reason for this, the salt water has a different effect because it takes a longer time to freeze because it has something in the water like if the water had, a rock. It would cause the water to take time to firsthand would take a longer time due to the item the water has in it.

Swish and gargle, Swish and gargle, Swish and gargle, then spit it out -- don't swallow it. Do this for a few days. If it doesn't improve get it looked at. During this time, avoid acidy foods. And just as an odd idea, if you don't have a milk allergy, try swishing about a shotglass of milk around in your mouth, then spitting it out. If you want the chemistry for this idea, let me know.
