direct reduction: FeO + C = Fe + CO
indirect reduction FeO + CO = Fe + CO2
I don't think that is what the terminology 'direct reduction' means in this context. For a start most directly reduced iron (DRI) is produced using CO and H2 produced from natural gas. I think the correct meaning is that 'direct reduction' is called direct because it directly produces iron (as a solid sponge because iron has a high melting point - see the 'bloomery process' for producing wrought iron), while the indirect process produces iron via 'pig iron' which is a high carbon alloy of iron (produced as a liquid because of the reduction in melting point caused by the carbon - see 'Osmond' process).
Reduction is a chemical process.
Indirect pollination refers to the process where a vector, such as wind or water, carries pollen grains from one plant to another for pollination to occur. Unlike direct pollination where pollinators like bees and butterflies transfer pollen directly between flowers, indirect pollination relies on external forces to facilitate the pollination process.
A reduction process involves the gain of electrons by a substance, resulting in a decrease in oxidation state. It is the opposite of oxidation and is essential in many chemical reactions, such as in redox reactions. Reduction reactions often occur simultaneously with oxidation reactions to maintain charge balance.
The process of replacing lost electrons is called reduction. Reduction involves the gain of electrons by an atom, ion, or molecule.
Respiration is a process. It takes place in organelle ,mitochondria
Oxidation is the chemical process that must always accompany a reduction process, as they occur simultaneously in a redox reaction where electrons are exchanged between reactants.
delaying is a reduction in the organisation layers or hierarchy with the aim of making the decision process much faster while rightsizing reduction in the workforce with the aim of reducing the organisation cost (more cost effective)

Those employees who are directly related in manufacturing process are regarded as direct employees whereas there are several susidiary services required like machine repairs etc. which are not directly related to production but are inevitable. Employees falling under this category are namely indirect employees.
