Check out the Odwalla brand juices because they contain very highly concentrated doses of vitamins that are essential to you body, plus they taste heavenly!
Actually the best brand of orange juice is Kroger Premium, I did a test on it last year that showed that Kroger Premium brand was the only one out of all leading brands to give you the average daily allowance of vitamin C for a man and woman for 8 day which is how long it takes to drink an average carton.

A whole orange contains vitamin C and not just the inside of it. So when you make fruit juice and use only the inside part of the fruit, it is essentially not getting all the vitamin C out of the orange. And you don't always get all of the inside of the orange either, so there are bits and pieces that contain the vitamin that you won't get when making orange juice.
