We are all going to wake up on 22 December 2012 after having had a good night's sleep. The earth is going to keep rotating until it is burned to a cinder, and will probably continue rotating even after that, unless the sun completely devours it in roughly 5 billion years. Any force strong enough to make the earth spin in the opposite direction in a single day would obliterate just about everything on earth's surface, and would probably leave all habitable land awash in ocean water until it had time to drain off. All but the simplest ocean life forms would be wiped out too, or at least seriously depleted. Some coral might survive, (and cockroaches, of course) but whales that find themselves dropped onto land thousands of miles from the 'shore' won't have any hope of surviving the fall, or making it back to stable waters. No serious scientist is suggesting that this will happen.

only god know what will be the fate of our planet but for now nasa discovered a planet called Nero with extreme magnetic power and will get close to the earth and make the earth spin in the opposite direction on Friday 21/12/2012
_____________
None (that we know of).
Earths rotation around its axis
The speed of rotation is greatest at the equator; 1038 miles per hour.
The equators warm air, and the polar cold air.
Earth's rotation is slowing slightly with time; thus, a day was shorter in the past. This is due to the tidal effects the Moon has on Earth's rotation.
Ocean currents cannot simply stop. They are driven mainly by weather systems, heat and the earths rotation
rotation
24 hours rotation
That's "rotation".
because of the earths rotation
coriolis effect
no they are not
Seasons would be affected by a change in the earth's rotation. As many animal's breeding cycles are based on the season, some animals could stop breeding altogether.
the earths rotation around the sun is 365 days . hope this helps (:
yes
None (that we know of).
Essentially nothing.
