The area known as the Pacific Ring of Fire is where you will find active volcanoes in the US, it includes all of the State of Hawaii, the San Andres fault line in California (though technically the fault line is not a volcano, it is active) and the currently dormant volcanoes from California up to Washington; Mt Shasta, Mt Hood, Mt St. Helens, Mt Baker, Mt. Rainier and if I am not mistaken there is one in Alaska as well.

Yes. Mt. Kilauaea in Hawaii and Mt. St. Helens in Washington state.
Kilauea is the only active volcano as far as I know. We do not have the most earthquakes.
