Among the outer planets, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Nepture all have a more or less total cloud cover owing to their large outer gaseous envelope, although one might have to more clearly specify what constitutes a "cloud" - since Uranus in particular is relatively featureless. They are all believed to have a relatively small rocky core. In the inner planets, Venus has a constant cloud cover of sulphuric acid which prevents its rocky surface from being visible. Earth boasts clouds of water vapor; although clouds are constantly present they do not present a complete cover like some of the other planets.
