To suggest that an entire state has the same elevation, latitude, and longitude

everywhere in it is absurd.

That point is located just east of the north entrance to the Field Museum

of Natural History, near the shore of Lake Michigan, in Chicago, a large city

located in the state of Illinois, USA, North America, northern Hemisphre,

Planet Earth, Solar System, Milky Way Galaxy, Local Cluster, Mind of God.

The ground elevation at that point is almost 700-ft AMSL. Many points in

Chicago are at the elevation of 597-ft, but most are not. Also, any other

point along the lakeshore, or in the city of Chicago, or in the state of Illinois,

has different geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude).
