The kinetic theory of matter states that matter is made up of tiny particles in constant motion. These particles have kinetic energy that increases with temperature, causing them to move faster.
Kinetic molecular theory of matter is a concept that says molecules and atoms possess kinetic energy. Gas is molecules in rapid random motion that are separated by great distances on the atomic scale.
yesish becus inertia means somthing in rest will stay in rest and if somthing in motion will stay in motion unless a force is acted upon it
cell theory says that cheese comes from squirrels
cell theory
Inertia is the inherent property of a body that makes it oppose any force that would cause a change in its motion. A body at rest and a body in motion both oppose forces that might cause acceleration. The inertia of a body can be measured by its mass, which governs its resistance to the action of a force, or by its moment of inertia about a specified axis, which measures its resistance to the action of a torque about the same axis.
the kinetic theory of matter says that all matter is made of particles that are in constant motion. Matter is made of constantly moving particles, which tells us how the matter in solids, liquids, and gases behaves.

I think you may be talking about the Kinetic theory of Molecules, which relates the temperature of matter (relative to absolute zero) to the average velocity of the molecules which make it up. For gases, it could be the Ideal Gas Law, which assumes that the gas is small particles whizzing around. You also may be thinking of Brownian Motion, which is not a law, but a phenomenon where extremely tiny particles can be observed to be buffeted by other random motion of molecules and particles.
Harry is always cute no matter what he says, and he says this because ... well it is his catchphrase!!
A theory is always a test case. It essentially says "This is our best idea - up to now" Science is always ready to improve its results an always searches for holes in existing thinking. This is the primary ditinctiom between science and religion - religion usually starts with the "right answer" and seeks to justify it no matter what contradictions arise.
According to the kinetic theory, the particles in a gas are considered to be small, hard spheres with an insignificant volume, and all the collisions between particles in a gas are perfectly elastic.
She will always like you as a friend, no matter what.
he would always like to know you no matter what happens
he is always going to be here for you no matter what
Of course it does It always matters if a boy says your pretty (unless they're joking)
That no matter what your child does or says, she/he will always have a home to go to.
A "theory" refers to an idea which may or may not have been scientifically tested and/or well documented. The main point about a theory is that it is always open to being proven wrong. Example: my cat is black and everyone observing it says it is black. So a theory can be stated thus: "I have a theory that my cat is black". So far, that theory has been 100% supported during repeated testing. The Theory of Relativity concerns the structure of space, time and motion.
