No such time as '12pm'. It is either 12noon or 12 midnight. 'pm' . are the initials of the Latin Phrase ; ' Post Meridian', meaning 'after noon'. So if it is 12 noon it is NOT 'after noon', but exactly 'noon'. Similarly, 'am' . are the initials of the Latin Phrase ; ' Ante Meridian', meaning 'before noon'. So if it is 12 noon it is NOT before noon', but exactly 'noon'. A similar argument holds for 12 midnight, which 'noon' are we talking about???? After the last noon , or before the next noon. So please clarify your 12pm to either 'noon' or midnight'.
