Its not people that are vunelrable, its more like countries. Earthquakes are caused by tectonic plates shifting and giving way, its where 2 plates meet that earthquakes are caused. On Google images you can probably find tectonic plates maps and it will show you where and what places are on top of the plates.
Other then that no specific people are targeted unless you count the residents of the countries!
Previous earthquake occurrences, nearness to active volcanoes, and location in the area where crustal [or lithospheric or tectonic] plates meet make a place more vulnerable to earthquakes.
Countries are vulnerable to earthquakes based on their location along tectonic plate boundaries, historic seismic activity, and building construction standards. Areas near subduction zones, fault lines, or rift zones are more susceptible to earthquakes. Poorly constructed buildings and infrastructure can increase the impact of seismic events on a country's population and economy.
Mexico is located in a seismically active region. On average, Mexico experiences thousands of earthquakes each year, but most are small and go unnoticed by people. However, Mexico does occasionally experience larger, more damaging earthquakes.
Yes, earthquakes occur far more frequently than volcanic eruptions. On average, millions of earthquakes are recorded each year, with many being minor and not felt by people. In contrast, significant volcanic eruptions are relatively rare, with typically only a few dozen occurring annually. The sheer volume of seismic activity makes earthquakes far more common than volcanic events.

Because they are more vulnerable to any infection.
In my opinion vulnerability is a bad thing unless its to someone u trust whole heatedly. but to be more vulnerable you can be more open with people, tell secrets about yourself allow people access to you basically.
more than 1,000,000
There are more structures etc. and people.
The earthquakes have not changed. But people have built more buildings as well as buildings that are more expensive in areas where earthquakes are common. Also better communication allows more people to become aware of damage from more earthquakes than they would have been aware of before, so it appears to people that more damage is happening than it would appear before even when the actual damage is identical. Remember the more people hurt in an event the more today's news services want to cover it.
The definition of vulnerable is a person who is in need of special care and support. It also means to be susceptible to physical or emotional harm.
Same thing that I was asking And there was NO answer. I need a answer fast! I need to write an SA. But I know one fact: People are always vulnerable, and people make white lies to help them oevercome their thoughts/ feelings and help them be more confident. NOW PEOPLE ADD MORE ANSWERS HERE!
Some areas have more earthquakes because they are located near tectonic plate boundaries where the Earth's plates interact and cause seismic activity. The movement of these plates can lead to the buildup of stress in the Earth's crust, which is released as earthquakes. Areas with more active faults are more likely to experience frequent earthquakes.
