It's hard to guess what will happen that far in advance. In any case, there are much more immediate worries. The way mankind is using up its resources, we might not be able to survive even a few centuries more. And the way countries prepare for war also leaves serious doubts about our survival for the next few decades or centuries. As well as several other serious problems.

Then there is the fact that, way before the Sun stops shining, it will get much hotter than it is now. According to some estimates, in 500 million years, or perhaps a billion years from now, it will be too hot even for bacteria to survive on Earth.

If we survive that... Well, in theory, when the Sun stops producing energy, we might, for example, move the entire planet to another star - using advanced technology, hard to imagine currently, but it might be possible. However, the time will eventually come when ALL stars stop shining. This is an inevitable consequence of the Second Law of Thermodynamics! In other words, there are irreversible processes in the Universe! Nor will there be other sources of usable energy. When this happens, at some time in the very distant future, mankind won't be able to survive anywhere.
