If this is a 4cyl, auto, the dip stick for the tranny is between the rad and engine on the drivers side. Use the special long funnel for this purpose, and be careful not to overfill. Just add a little at a time, and check. If this is a standard, then the oil check plug is underneath on the side. When you open the plug, oil should just come out slightly, the car should be level. If you need oil, then you need a special pump to add. It uses reg. auto trans fluid. Good luck.
My transmission was low on fluid. My gears would slip, I'd be driving and then I'd push on the gas and I wouldn't go any direction. I was checking my transmission fluid while the car was off and it said there was enough fluid in it. I started checking my fluid while it was running and found out I was out of transmission fluid. Once I put fluid in it, my problem went away and has been running good since.
The cause is the difference in density; the density of water is 1 g/cm3 and for mercury is 13,5 g/cm3.
Most substances will react with some acid or another. Even glass will be dissolved by hydroflouric acid and even gold will dissolve in aqua regia. As for regular acids, I have put a sample of topaz in a hydrochloric acid solution and after three weeks, it was unchanged.
If you put an LED in liquid mercury, the LED will still emit light as normal because the mercury is not electrically conductive. However, it is extremely dangerous to handle liquid mercury due to its toxicity, so this experiment should not be attempted.
Darens is a gay name<----- (who ever put this is hella stupid)
Down the tube that holds the trans dipstick.
Down the tube that holds trans dipstick.
Down same tube that holds trans dipstick.
Down the same tube that holds trans dipstick. Use a trans funnel, long, flexible and correct size.
It is leaking. Have a complete fluid and filter change. Replace the pan gasket.
the trans fluid on a auto trans goes through a tube in the radiator to cool the fluid if the tube has holes in it, it will leak trans fluid in to radiator. you need to replace radiator or have rebuilt.or you could put on a aux trans cooler and put plugs where the trans lines used to go.
Be very careful NOT to put trans fluid in an engine ! - It goes down the tube that holds trans dipstick, into the transmission.
Put trans. fluid in through the dipstick hole, be careful not to overfill
You add fluid the same place you check the fluid level.
Take out the olod radiator, put in the new one and done
THE TIME A RAN IN TO THIS WAS THE INTER WALL OF EXHAUST COLLISED
The exact same place you check the fluid level.
