Hi, I just had the LF window regulator replaced in my '93 Topaz. Had to get the regulator from an auto junkyard because the car is 17 yrs. old--cost me $40.00 for the all metal regulator and a local body shop friend did the work for about $50.00. Works like new--good luck
Have to take off the head, it's there.
I believe that you should just have a fuse for the electric fuel pump. The regulator is just a valve. If the pump has shut down, and all electric is good, then youi have to replace the pump in the tank.
