Mitochondria are primarily located in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells. They can be found in varying numbers depending on the cell's energy requirements, with higher concentrations in metabolically active tissues such as muscle and liver. Mitochondria are enclosed by two membranes: an outer membrane and a highly folded inner membrane that forms structures known as cristae.

mitochondia
mitochondia
A mitochondria is an organelle containing enzymes responsible for producing energy.
They are always hetrotrophic. They only have mitochondia, but never chloroplasts
The mitochondia provides energy for the cell.
place where you get the power
in the inner membrane of the mitochondia
The powerhouse of the cell - storing energy.

mitochondia
They get it from carbohydrates in their food.
They produce energy for the cell. Remember is by "mighty mitochondria!"

Every one have mitochondia. Only some have chloropasts
