∙ 12y agoTopaz is located in Utah. Topaz is a concentration camp for the Japanese. The Japanese was evacuated from there homes to a camp called TOPAZ, in Utah. They stayed there through 1939 - 1945. The time when World War took place. They also were evacuated because the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor.
