Well the chloroplasts in the cell give it the green colour and help with photosynthesis. Sooo I think the whole plant;) because in your body, the food doesn't seem to go to specific places. I'd say if its for an assignment type your question into Google;)

In what part of a plant is food made?

It made in the cell of the leaves during photosynthesis

What process involves photosynthesis and respiration?

A plant uses photosynthesis to create food (glucose) and respiration(glycolysis) to break down the food it has made.

What is the word that means a plant can do photosynthesis?

It means that the plants made its food from the sunlight.

Is food made through the plant roots?

No. It is made by the stomata in the leaves. This process is called photosynthesis.

What is the Name of the tissue in which sugar produced in photosynthesis is carried to the parts of the plant?

The tissue responsible for transporting sugar produced in photosynthesis is called phloem. Phloem is a vascular tissue that serves as the plant's circulatory system, moving sugars and other nutrients throughout the plant.

Why doesn't the food made by the green parts of the leaf travel to non-green part of the plant?

The food made in the leaves travels to the stem and does reach other parts of the plant.

Where is most of the food made in a green plant?

Most of the food in a green plant is made in the chloroplasts of its cells through a process called photosynthesis. This is where sunlight is converted into energy in the form of glucose, which the plant then uses for growth and maintenance.

What is the tissue responsible for transporting dissolved food made by photosynthesis in leaves throughout the plant?

phloem

In which part of the plant is food made?

Food is primarily made in the leaves of plants through the process of photosynthesis. The leaves contain chlorophyll, a pigment that captures sunlight and converts it into energy to produce sugars (food) for the plant.

Tubes that move food from where it is made to other parts of the plant?

Phloem is the type of vascular tissue responsible for transporting sugars and other organic nutrients produced by photosynthesis within a plant. This specialized tissue forms a network of tubes that distribute food to various parts of the plant for growth and development.

Does a flower make food for a plant?

No, a flower is primarily responsible for reproduction in plants. Food is made by the plant's leaves through the process of photosynthesis, where they convert sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide into energy in the form of sugars.
