Who can I go to for help with multiple chemical sensitivity?

By help I guess you mean medical treatment? The best lead that I have come across is that multiple chemical sensitivity may be a mast cell activation disease(MCAD) such as mastocytosis.

In MCADs there's excessive/unstable mast cells which are triggered too easily to release histamine and other inflammatory chemicals which cause varying symptoms depending largely on what organs have been infiltrated with these mast cells. But brain fog is a common symptom.

Some people with MCADs only have a few triggers, while some are sensitive or intolerant to almost any inhalants or ingestants and even contactants if they have mast cell infiltration in the skin.

While it does involve histamine release, MCADs are not Allergies and will show up negative on allergy-specific tests.

MCADs have been thought to be rare but with new types being classified it's appears it's actually fairly common. However, most doctors have never heard of it
