Cefixime was discovered by researchers at the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca in the 1980s. It is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, designed to treat a variety of bacterial infections. The drug was developed to improve upon earlier cephalosporins by offering broader spectrum activity and better pharmacokinetic properties. Cefixime was subsequently approved for clinical use in various countries.
I can't tell you scientifically, but I've taken ampicillin, which has the same, a little bit milder side effects than amoxicillin. and I've also taken cefixime, and cefixime had NO side effects on me whatsoever. and it worked well. ampicillin made me feel mentally confused and tired and darn nauseous. so if you're wondering what to take - i wouldn't give it a thought - would take cefixime over amoxicillin any day, because after all they both work on the same (wide) range of bacteria!
To calculate the saturation solubility of cefixime, you typically perform a solubility test in a suitable solvent at a controlled temperature. This involves dissolving a known amount of cefixime in the solvent until no more can dissolve, followed by filtering the solution to remove any undissolved particles. The concentration of cefixime in the saturated solution is then determined using analytical techniques such as UV-Vis spectroscopy or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The result gives you the saturation solubility in that specific solvent at the tested temperature.

Lyrica contains sodium lauryl sulfate and colloidal silicon dioxide. The active substance in it is Pregabalin. It does not contain suprex.
they were discovered 17 days after the planet itself was discovered.
Cefixime
Cefixime and Clav- Has practically no rational. Primary because Cefixime is relatively stable against B-lactamase. Hence adding Clav to this combination is a worthless addition.
Cefixime is the most accepted in oral group of cephalosporin.
You can use them. Cefixime for ten days and azithromycin for seven days.

cefixime and clavulanic acid can be used as a second line therapy where cefixime alone is not able to show it's bacteriocidal activity. Cefixime comes under beta lactum antibiotic category and gets degrade inpresence of beta lactumase enzyme, bacterias have developed resistance against cefixime by producing beta lactamase and ESBLs. Clavulanic acid is an irreversible inhibitor of beta lactamase enzyme and have mild antibiotic activity. when this combination is used, clavulanic acid inhibits beta lactamase enzyme and allow cefixime work as a bacteriocidal. the combination is very useful against cefixime resistant becteria. more research work is required to understand the further use of this combination and also to find out the superiority of this combination over Amoxi+Clav combination.
A single dose of cefixime 400 mg is not equal to 200 mg twice a day.
