At the equator the water is very warm because of the tropical sun rise. Due to the unequal heating of the earth, the water expands and flows out and away from the equator toward the poles where it is colder. This movement is what causes the "rough" water.
Yes it most certainly does rain at the equator.
Near the Equator. It doesn't rain at the poles, and snowfall is almost non-existent at the South Pole.
no, it is between the tropics in Brazil, Bolivia etc... etc..
I think the answer is because the rain forest is at the equator and not so hot is because the earth is tilled and the tall trees are being poured down because the convection current.
Clouds often bring rain, and the presence of clouds and rainfall makes tropical rain forests possible.
Because dinasaures wee on the trees so it always rains dinasour wee
There is so much rain in the rain forests, because they are located near the equator. This makes their temperature high enough that it results in maximum evaporation of water, causing heavy rainfall to occur.
An impossibility - the equator is in the tropics and that region receives to much rain to have a desert.
Rainforests receive a lot of rain because of their location near the equator, where warm air rises and condenses into clouds, leading to frequent rainfall. The high humidity and constant cloud cover in rainforests also contribute to the abundant rainfall.
It does rain in Egypt but only for four days a year. It doesn't have much rain as it is so close to the equator and is all desert
Because southern California is closer to the equator.
If the rain forset is on the equator, I don't believe the temperature changes all that much, but precipitation rates may. If the rain forest is not on or near the equator, there are definitely notably different seasons.
It sometimes rains near the equator.
Yes it most certainly does rain at the equator.
Because it is at the equator, it is the warmest place in the world. So it is very humid too.
Near the Equator. It doesn't rain at the poles, and snowfall is almost non-existent at the South Pole.
All rain forest border the equator.
